Every Shine Tallow order is prepared and packed with care.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Because our products are handmade in small batches, processing may take slightly longer during busy periods. Weekends and holidays are not included in processing times.

You’ll receive a confirmation email after placing your order and another email with tracking information once it ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Available shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and are provided by the carrier; they are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delays may occasionally occur outside our control. If your tracking information has not updated or your package appears to be missing, please contact the carrier first and then email us at hello@shinetallow.com if you need additional help.

Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Orders returned because of an incorrect or undeliverable address may require an additional shipping charge to be resent.

Warm-Weather Shipping

Shine Tallow products are made with natural oils and without synthetic stabilizers, so they may soften or melt during warm-weather transit. This is normal and does not affect the quality of the product, although its whipped texture or appearance may change.

If your product arrives softened, keep it upright and allow it to return to a cooler temperature before opening. You may also place it in the refrigerator briefly to help it firm.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email hello@shinetallow.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs of the product and packaging so we can make it right.
